About me
With overlapping expertise in both law and psychology, I specialize in helping professionals navigate their busy work and personal lives.
Originally from Oregon, I maintain a small private therapy practice in Brooklyn Heights, New York.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied at NYU Law and worked as a human rights attorney for over 15 years, most notably serving in a senior capacity at the Center for Reproductive Rights.
I thrive on delivering research-based, nuanced content to sophisticated (even skeptical!) audiences.
Topics of particular interest include generational differences in the legal workplace, mental health stigma, neurodiversity, and managing trauma and stress.
I also serve as part-time Assistant Director of Externship Programs at Brooklyn Law School. I have previously taught at NYU Law and George Washington Law.
